Merkle Response Management Group is purchased by Moore. Merkle Response Management Group has been acquired by Moore, a top provider of data-driven constituent experience management (CXM), from Merkle Inc.

Merkle RMG, one of the largest full-service direct response processing companies in the country for more than three decades, is receiving funding from Moore to support its ongoing expansion in processing operations with a portfolio of diverse capabilities and locations across the country.

A processing, data, and technology-driven business, Merkle RMG serves the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

While guaranteeing effective and secure operations, the company offers its clients single integration response processing solutions that include data capture, multi-platform CRM integration, and banking integration.

According to Jeff Pelcher, Moore's chief executive officer for production services, "At Moore, we have developed industry-leading, next-generation technology capable of handling large mail volumes and integrating with complex data, banking, and reporting platforms."

Merkle RMG is being renamed Moore RMG by Moore (Moore Response Management Group). In the coming weeks, this rebranding will be finished. The business employs 600 people. The acquisition's terms weren't disclosed.

Gretchen Littlefield, CEO of Moore, stated that the decision to add Merkle RMG was motivated by the company's commitment to being a partner to its clients who can handle high response volumes and manage intricate data integrations across banking and CRM platforms, all while keeping an eye on maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance, and performance in the sector. "We are constantly advancing how to streamline constituent data for accelerated cleansing and modeling for the most current and accurate data available for clients," the statement reads.
